Tube Two, Graphite

The wider version of Tube One: a graphite-grey steel tube frame, a birch plywood top, two drawers side by side and an open shelf lower down. There is room on top for a lamp, a stack of books and a glass at once.

At 60 cm wide it needs a wall space to match. The two drawers are narrower than one full-width drawer would be, so a large notebook will fit but a laptop will not.

Specification

• Approx. W60 x D38 x H55 cm (23.6 x 15 x 21.7 in)
• Approx. weight 15 kg
• Powder-coated steel tube frame (graphite); birch plywood top, drawers and shelf
• Two drawers with finger notches, one open shelf
• Flat-packed: allow about 40 minutes with the hex key supplied

Care

Wipe the powder-coated frame and the birch with a damp, well-wrung cloth and dry them. Powder coat is tough but not scratch-proof: a dragged key will mark it. Use a coaster under glasses. More in Care & Materials.
